Comments: John is not a bad guy if you do what your supposed to do. I do agree PO's are doing to much revocating etc...the deal is that they don't think for themselves, everything is cookie cutter these days plus no PO wants to be held resonsible for giving second chances that turn bad. Until these PO's can start thinking for themselves and acting as there own boss, the system is doomed. Check this out, who is responsible for the decisions made by a PO? Answer: The PO's supervisor's, supervisor's, superior etc....the chain of command is wrecked.
