CITIZENS AND VICTIMS TO CLEAN UP PROBATION

Wake up Citizens and Victims of Wisconsin!!! The D.O.C.(Dept.of Corrections) has declared war against you and you don't even know it! They are revoking Citizens at an alarming rate all in the name of revenue!The D.O.C.thrives on the influx of citizens into the already over capacity prison system. No inmates....no money, its that simple.The bottom line is that they don't have a job if there are no inmates.they are getting away with borderline rule violation revocations due to heavy caseloads. its much easier to revoke someone than to deal with them!!they claim to be protecting society,yet how can taking a parent or a loved one away from a family for something as petty as failing a urinalisis protect society? probation officersare given a $500.00 bonus for every revocation they produce! Legislature is compounding the problem by creating more felonies out of what were once misdomeaners such as eluding officers,child support arrears,and 5th offense owi recipients.There is truth in sentencing now because of some high profile cases made it possible to lose good time and replace it with extended supervision or "bad time".Mr. Steven Jackson(The founder of C.A.V.C.U.P.)was extended his prison sentence for defending himself against a weapon weilding inmate and for other petty rule violations!!Self defense in prison is against the rules!! It takes no additional post highschool education to be a corrections officer,yet they have the power to extend your prison sentence at their individual discretion!

The Wisconsin probation/parole system of the Dept of Corrections is jamming up our prison system at an alarming rate they are revoking Citizens for anything from drinking to failing urinalisis to arguing with your spouse! they are labeling people as offenders and treating them as second class citizens. they are also labeling anyone who has negative contact with the so called "offender"as the "victim". probation is way out of control.It is up to you and I as Citizens and Victims of the system to gain back the control and get the D.O.C. to work with us and not against us. It is my personal goal as founder of C.A.V.C.U.P. to put a spotlight on what is going on at probation offices all over this once great state of Wisconsin and eventually the entire country. I want these "True Offenders"known as "probation officers"to know that alot of what they are doing is wrong and destructive to the intrinsic structure of society.They are truly compromising the lives and livlihood of innocent children and families over some vague and often unwritten rules. They don't seem to understand the seriousness of their actions.I want to stop wrongful revocations and ultimately do away with probation! I want these Offenders to know that what they are doing is wrong and we wont take their willingness to sell our freedom for a $500.00 bonus. I want these Offenders to know that their job is redundant.........we have police officers,we simply dont need them!!

C.A.V.C.U.P. Was born on 5/1/06 in "the hole"at Dodge Correctional Institution on unit 18 cell#35 by Steven Jackson #098319 120 days into his 400 day stay in the hole. Mr Jackson was revoked on 10/13/05 his 44th birthday on a non rule violation nor a criminal case or charge!!  in january of 04 Mr Jackson was involved in a low speed chase with speeds that did not exceed 15 mph!!!shortly after shooting a hole in his basement wall in Dousman Wi. Firing the gun was a misdomeaner yet the 15 mph eluding fetched a felony.Mr Jackson pleaded guilty to a class I felony eluding and was given 18 months stayed prison and 18 months probation,a 3 year sentence.In Sept. of 04 Mr Jackson was involved in a non violent non physical discussion with a neighbor over some construction equipment that Mr Jackson Owned that had been tampered with and the neighbor with full knowledge with Mr Jacksons status with probation contacted probation and stated that he had "felt" threatened by Mr Jackson. Mr Jackson was put in jail to miss 3 days of work and ordered to Anger mngmnt by John Degrothy who has no psycology degree.On Aug of 05 mr jackson consumed approximately 6 beers at a tavern in Theresa Wi.Mr Jackson entered a library where a disgrunteled x girlfriend Laura Mork had been using the computer.Ms Mork smelled alcohol on mr Jackson and threatened to call police and report him if he did not vacate the premesis. Mr jackson noted the library as public library and did not comply. the police were summoned and Mr Jackson was ordered to serve 30 days huber as was ordered at his sentencing in the original eluding hearing,but John Degrothy felt it necessary to have him serve 90 days for drinking 6 beers and blowing a .09 on a breathalizer.while serving 90 days huber Mr Jackson sent Ms. Mork an e-mail expressing no hard feelings and an invitation to a 3some with he and his "new"girlfriend.she reported this transaction to John Degrothy who promptly revoked Mr Jackson,sending him to prison for 18 months and his children to a life without a father for a smart ass coment to an x girlfriend!keep in mind that Mr jackson had never had a no contact order'nor a restraining order,nor any domestic violence toward Ms Mork or any females for that matter.Ms Mork was not listed on Mr Jacksons rules as a no contact,nor was he warned not to contact Ms Mork. After losing the revocation hearing due to inexperience in the D.O.C. controlled environment of a revocation hearing,Mr Jackson was sent to prison,enabling his concrete business to all but disintegrate and the repossession of many necessities,Mr Jackson was attacked and stabbed several times while eating dinner from behind by an inmate in a case of mistaken  identity.During the subsequent struggle for the weapon as one of 3 guards corrections officer Parker yelled at Mr Jackson to stop as he received several wounds.Mr Jackson disobeyed these rediculous orders and was placed in the hole after returning from the hospital where he was given stitches for his wounds.both Mr Jackson and his attacker were charged with battery and given a year in the hole.Mr Jackson refused to press charges against Mr Kirsch,further putting himself out of favor with the prison establishment.
